Frandsen is a senior leader, entrepreneur, and mentor in both the private and public sectors, devoted to building purpose-driven organizations, teams, and national campaigns and ventures.

Frandsen was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of HG Ventures, Inc. Within five years, he transformed a locally-acquired company into a nationally-recognized organization with dominant market share and industry-leading loyalty and satisfaction rankings.  He was recognized nationally for his innovative marketing strategies, sound leadership, and market instincts relating to consumer trends, social media, and social-purpose campaigns.  He is also the Co-founder and former President of PICnet, Inc., today one of the world’s leading providers of open-source web solutions to non-profits, campaigns, and local governments with offices in San Francisco and Washington, DC.

He contributed to our national security after 9/11 in the political-military operations arena.  He served as the first-ever Chief of Staff for the Office of Stabilization Operations for Secretaries of State Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice.  He also served as Senior Foreign Policy Advisor to an iconic U.S. Senator and served as Staff Director for the African Sub-committee of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.  In these roles he helped lead, craft, negotiate, oversee, and implement critical national security priorities around the world.  Frandsen received various honors for his service and to date holds the unofficial ground-travel record for a U.S. Government official traveling across the Saharan desert on assignment.

He currently serves on the boards for a number of non-profit, charitable, and educational foundations and routinely lectures on high-growth management operations, cause-driven campaigning, building executive teams, and on national security issues at a range of large public and private universities. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA and received a Masters Degree in International Affairs and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where he served as Graduate Student President.  He has served on faculty at the Uniformed Services University for the United States Navy and Webster University.  He is a published author with a book and many essays credited to his name.

He is married to Lindsey Frandsen and together they have four amazing children.  They live in Riverside, CA and enjoy a full life with friends and family.
